Applications for the open positions at ATG are sourced through employee referrals, applications on the Careers page and third-party recruitment consultants. Candidate resumes are shortlisted by the HR and the Hiring Manager. The candidate is then scheduled for a series of interviews including a face-to-face round. The selected candidates are then given an offer and the pre-joining formalities, including the Background verification, are initiated.
